Custom Flyer Design Policy
Please review before placing your order
Content Submission:
After placing your order, send all flyer details—including exact wording as it should appear—to graphixbycarter@gmail.com.
Design Direction:
If you have a specific concept, color scheme, or layout in mind, please include that information when submitting your content.
Revisions:
Each flyer order includes up to four (4) revisions. Additional edits beyond this limit will be charged at $10 per revision. If you’re not satisfied with your design, please reach out immediately so we can make necessary adjustments.
Turnaround Time:
Standard delivery is 2–4 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays.
Business Hours:
We are closed on weekends and holidays. No files will be sent during these times.
Refund Policy:
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. If you are unsatisfied, please communicate any concerns before giving final approval. Any changes requested after final approval will incur a $10 revision fee.
Response Time:
Please allow up to 24 hours for a response after booking. This allows us to properly review your order and deliver the best possible service. We appreciate your patience!
