Refund Policy

Effective for all digital services provided by Graphix by Carter

At Graphix by Carter, I take pride in delivering high-quality, custom designs tailored to each client's vision. Due to the nature of digital design services, all sales are final and non-refundable.

No Refunds

Once a design project has begun, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Miscommunication or lack of response

  • Missed deadlines due to incomplete or delayed client input

  • Dissatisfaction with the final result after revisions have been completed

Revisions

Each service includes a specified number of complimentary revisions (as outlined in the service description). I am committed to ensuring your satisfaction during the design process. If you are not happy with your design, please contact me promptly to request changes before final approval.

Communication

Clear, timely communication is essential. If I do not receive the required content, details, or feedback within 7 days of purchase or revision request, your order may be marked as complete with no refund.

Final Files & Approval

Once a design is approved and final files are delivered, any additional edits will incur a $10 fee per revision. It is the client’s responsibility to carefully review the design before confirming final approval.

By purchasing a service from Graphix by Carter, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
